DEPO Computers provides warranty and service support for all its computer equipment. To extend the conditions of the standard warranty, owners of DEPO equipment have access to Service Packages - a set of service products that allows you to choose the most suitable terms and options of warranty service according to business requirements.

DEPO computer equipment is serviced by authorized and certified service centers. The service of the equipment of other manufacturers, purchased in DEPO Computers, is performed in the specialized service centers of the corresponding manufacturers.

DEPO Computers IT service management system is developed and implemented regarding technical support, service maintenance, modernization and repair of information computer systems and software, meeting the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011.

Standard Warranty
More than 20 service plans are offered to buyers of DEPO computer equipment, differing in time (from 1 to 5 years) and type of warranty service (either at the service center or directly at the company).
Extended warranty
DEPO service packages are a set of service products that extend the conditions of the standard warranty for DEPO equipment and allow you to set the necessary level of service support and its duration, depending on the requirements and objectives of the customer.

DEPO computer hardware warranty service

Customers of DEPO computer technology can choose from over 20 service plans with different warranty periods (from 1 to 5 years) and types of warranty service (either at the service center or directly at your company).


Servicing of computer equipment from other manufacturers

All products (with the exception of software, some consumables, etc.) offered for sale by DEPO Computers are under warranty.
The warranty service of computer equipment is provided through authorized service centers of the manufacturer/supplier of the goods. In the absence of the manufacturer/supplier's service centers, DEPO Computers will provide warranty services for the product.

All relations between the customer and DEPO Computers in relation to the warranty are stipulated in the cooperation agreement. If necessary, additional agreements regarding the paragraph "guarantee service of the computer hardware" are concluded to this contract.
The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer or supplier and is counted from the date when the goods are ready for transfer from the DEPO Computers warehouse.

DEPO service package

Attention! Special products are also available for DEPO servers, data storage systems, PCs and workstations - CDP service packages with confidential data protection.
DEPO service packages are a set of service products that extend the conditions of the standard warranty for DEPO equipment and allow you to set the necessary level of service support and its duration, depending on the requirements and tasks of the customer. DEPO additional service packages minimize downtime of the equipment during operation, enable quick troubleshooting and restore the condition of the equipment.

DEPO service packages

There are the following options for extending the standard warranty:

Extension of the standard warranty to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years. On-site repair of the equipment. Time of repair up to 5 working days in Moscow and Moscow region (within a radius of 150 km from the Moscow Ring Road). Time of repair up to 10 working days in other regions, if equipment is located within the administrative boundaries of the city in which the regional service center, outside - see table.
